My love for fitness began in a small town in Lithuania. I was 10 when I first saw Ronnie Coleman, a Mr. Olympia champion, in a magazine. His incredible physique left me awestruck. I remember thinking, "Is that really possible?" That moment planted a seed in me: I knew I had to be a part of this amazing world of bodybuilding.
I started my journey in the local gym, clueless but eager. I remember my first day vividly: I tried every machine and exercise I could find, ending up with a workout that lasted over four hours! The following three weeks, I was incredibly sore, but it was a turning point for me. It made me realise that there's a science and art to bodybuilding – it's not just about showing up to the gym.
Motivated by my early experiences, I delved into learning everything about fitness. I discovered that it's a blend of biology, physiology, nutrition, and hard work. Wanting to understand these aspects professionally, I pursued qualifications in Personal Training (Level 3) and Athletic Performance and Weight Management (Level 4). I also specialised with J3U certifications in Competition Prep and Applied Hypertrophy.
I didn’t just study fitness; I lived it. I entered the world of amateur bodybuilding competitions, experiencing firsthand the discipline and dedication it requires. This personal journey has been filled with ups and downs, but every step taught me valuable lessons that I now share with my clients.
